Holding Fee
One nights accommodation is required to secure your holding on the accommodation and must be paid within 7 days of booking being placed
Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds will not be given on booking cancellations during the peak periods. At other times bookings cancelled 14 days prior to the date of arrival will be refunded 80% of the holding fee. Lodged Bookings cancelled after this time will forfeiture the full amount of the holding fee lodged.
Where a party is occupying accommodation and leave prior to departure date, refunds will not be given
